Three-phase Asynchronous Motor
The three-phase asynchronous motor is the most widely used power equipment in the industrial field, possessing core advantages such as simple structure, reliable operation, low cost, and convenient maintenance. Its working principle is based on the law of electromagnetic induction. When three-phase alternating current is applied to the three-phase stator windings, a uniformly rotating magnetic field is formed inside the motor. Under the influence of this rotating magnetic field, the rotor windings cut magnetic field lines, generating induced electromotive force and induced current. The charged rotor conductors experience electromagnetic force in the magnetic field, thus driving the rotor to rotate in the same direction as the rotating magnetic field, realizing the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy. The rotor speed is always slightly lower than the synchronous speed of the rotating magnetic field, hence the term "asynchronous."
