Electric Gear Motor

An electric gear motor is a power actuator that integrates an electric motor and a gear reducer. Its core working principle is based on electromagnetic induction and mechanical deceleration: First, the stator generates a rotating magnetic field after being energized, driving the rotor to rotate at high speed, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. Then, the high-speed, low-torque power is transmitted through a built-in multi-stage gear set (such as planetary, helical, or worm gear structures), achieving speed reduction and torque increase-that is, reducing the output speed while significantly increasing the output torque, thus meeting the power requirements of low-speed, high-load applications. By adjusting the power supply voltage and frequency or configuring a frequency converter, precise speed control can be achieved, featuring smooth start-up, rapid response, and high control accuracy.
