Single Screw Extruder Reducer
Guomao HE series single-screw dedicated reducers are custom-designed hardened gear reducers for single-screw extrusion, compounding, and other processes. Their core features are high load capacity, strong axial support, low noise, and smooth operation, making them suitable for continuous production scenarios in rubber and plastics, chemical fibers, and environmental protection industries.
Working Principle
Based on parallel shaft hardened gear transmission, the Single Screw Extruder Reducer input undergoes multi-stage gear reduction and torque increase. The output end integrates a large-size thrust bearing specifically designed to withstand the axial thrust during single-screw operation. The gears are made of alloy steel using carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes, achieving a precision of grade 6, resulting in high transmission efficiency and long service life.
