Specialized Reducer for Automobile Crane
The QY Specialized Reducer for Crane Applications is primarily used in various mechanisms of cranes, and can also be used in the transmission of machinery in transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and light industry.
Its operating conditions are
1) Gear circumferential speed not exceeding 20 m/s;
2) High-speed shaft speed not exceeding 1500 r/min;
3) Operating ambient temperature -40°C to +45°C;
4) Can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
Performance Characteristics
Considering the working characteristics and transmission ratio range of various crane mechanisms, the product performance is further improved, using fewer specifications to meet diverse user requirements. Its characteristics are:
1) High load-bearing capacity. The gears are carburized, quenched, and ground, resulting in a significantly higher load-bearing capacity compared to soft-tooth and medium-hard-tooth surface gear reducers with modified hobbing.
2) Small size and light weight. Compared to soft-tooth and medium-hard-tooth surface reducers, reducers with the same load-bearing capacity can be 2-4 equivalent frame sizes smaller, and can replace older models such as ZQ, QJ, and ZSC reducers. 3) High efficiency, low noise, and low vibration. The gears are machined using a large-end grinding hob and NILES grinding, improving their precision. The gears are also modified, resulting in a comprehensive efficiency of 0.98 for each gear stage, significantly reducing vibration and noise.
4) The multi-stage design reduces the single-stage speed ratio, increases the center distance, and lowers the overall height of the reducer, meeting the requirements of various crane mechanisms. The maximum nominal transmission ratio of the reducer reaches 400, meeting the requirements of slow-speed cranes.
5)The Specialized Reducer for automobile crane can be installed vertically, horizontally, or even at a certain angle, offering convenience and flexibility.
6) Three types of low-speed shaft ends are available: cylindrical shaft extension (P) type with a flat key connection; spline shaft extension (H) type with an involute spline connection; and gear shaft end (C) type with an involute gear connection, facilitating installation and disassembly/inspection.
