Performance Characteristics
The MBY/JDX series edge-drive mill reducer uses single-stage gear transmission. The reducer gears are made of low-carbon alloy steel, with the tooth surface treated by carburizing and hardening, and then manufactured using a high-precision grinding process. The gears are designed for long service life. The reducer is equipped with a dedicated lubrication station, and through a reasonable design of the oil inlet, oil return, and sealing structure, the reducer is fully lubricated and reliably sealed. The reducer is mainly used in edge-drive mill equipment such as cement mills and coal mills, but can also be used in other industries. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, the MBY/JDX series edge-drive mill reducers have advantages such as small size, light weight, and simple and convenient use and maintenance, making them suitable for equipment technical transformation and upgrading.
The reducer usage requirements are as follows
> The maximum circumferential speed of the gears during operation should not exceed 20 m/s;
> The operating ambient temperature is -40°C to 40°C. When the ambient temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting the reducer. When the ambient temperature is above 40°C, cooling measures should be taken.
