The ZY Series Cylindrical Gear Reducer is a parallel shaft external gear transmission device. Product features
a) Gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58~62. All gears are ground, ensuring high precision and good contact;
b) High transmission efficiency: 98% for single-stage, 96% for double-stage, and greater than 94% for triple-stage;
c) Smooth operation and low noise;
d) Small size, light weight, long service life, and high load capacity;
e) Easy to disassemble and install.
Scope of Application
Cylindrical Gear Speed Reducers are widely used in metallurgy, mining, hoisting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, and pharmaceutical industries. The applicable conditions for this series of reducers are as follows; please consult technical support if the following conditions are not met:
a) High-speed shaft speed not exceeding 1500 rpm (for input speeds not exceeding 750 rpm, please consult the company's technical department);
b) Gear drive circumferential speed not exceeding 20 m/s;
c) Operating ambient temperature -40~+45°C. When the ambient temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be heated before starting (an electric heater is also provided);
d) Can operate in both forward and reverse directions (only unidirectional operation is allowed when a backstop is configured).
