Special ZLYJ gearbox for Single Screw Extruder
The ZLYJ series reducer is a high-precision gear transmission device with a thrust bearing, designed for use with plastic and rubber screw extruders. Its key feature is the use of high-strength alloy steel for the gears and shaft components. The gears are machined through carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. The gear precision is GB10095-88, grade 6. The gear hardness is HRC54~62. A large-scale thrust bearing is installed at the front of the hollow output shaft to withstand the axial thrust of the screw during operation. The entire unit features compact size, high load capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency.
